It is reassuring to know that Michael has provided a great product and workmanship of high quality at a cost that was very similar to other quotes. The quote was transparent in identifying everything to be used for the work to be undertaken. All of the questions I asked, as a non-builder, were answered and Michael was helpful with suggestions of how best to achieve the overall result. All cut offs were left in a neat pile under the house.
